G. Hope Enterprises

INTRODUCING GORD HOPE:

Gord Hope is an accomplished Psychotherapist, a specialist in organizational culture change and development, an inspirational motivationalist, a knowledgeable Consultant for Mental Health, vision impairment and living with a disability, and is a Facilitator for Restorative Practices conferences.

Gord Hope holds a PhD in Social Psychology and a Post-Doctoral diploma in Clinical Psychology; he volunteers with several organizations, coaches Softball, organizes sports tournaments and events, and is terminally in love with his three amazing daughters and his grand-daughter. All of these things Gord Hope does and has accomplished in spite of being totally blind.

Through a lifetime of challenges and victories Hope has learned, and now lives to teach and model that humans are created the most adaptable creatures of all, which makes each of us able to attain whatever we wish, no matter our impairments deficits and disablements. He also understands to the very core of his being that:

Capability and Adaptability are more important than disability;
The impossible is only the untried (motto of the W. Ross MacDonald School for the Blind);
As useful and wonderful as sight is, Vision is even more so.
